Emails are showing as huge in Lotus Notes
Question: Hi, I’m having a problem in lotus notes – when I click on an email, it is being displayed as huge – I have to scroll down 2 screen lengths just to get past the letterhead. The fonts are regular size, the body of the email has become I’m researching this on the net – have you ever run into this before?Â
Answer: It seems that there is something wrong with your Lotus Design.
Try to Refresh your lotus design and then check for this issue. TO refresh design go to inbox > Database > Refresh Design
BUT BEFORE GOING FOR THIS OPTION, DO NOT FROGET TO TAKE YOUR LOTUS NOTES DATA BACKUP.
